Skills and requirements

• Proven experience operating in an in-house recruitment role within a financial services environment, overseeing the complete recruitment cycle.
• Capability to manage senior stakeholder expectations with confidence and professionalism.
• Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple international regions (UK, Asia, Middle East).
