What the role involves
- Ensure every candidate journey reflects Virgin Active’s culture, energy, and commitment to wellbeing.
- Delivering end-to-end direct recruitment for Personal Trainer and Group Exercise roles.
- Maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs across clubs.
- Ensure ATS systems and recruitment data are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
- Ability to manage 20-30 roles at one time.

Confirmed role details
- This is initially a 6-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential to become permanent based on performance and business need.
- 25 days (excluding bank holidays) annual leave, plus a Celebration Day – and we want you take them.
- Access to The Peoples Pension, with our contributions at 3%.
- Life Assurance 4x your salary – which we hope you will not need.

- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, providing advice on attraction strategy, role design, and selection.
- Minimum 2-3 years in Talen Acquisition or agency.
