• Supporting full cycle recruitment from outreach through to contract signing and onboarding.
• Build relationships with talent at all levels across the region.
• Build a pipeline of potential candidates for roles at all levels.
• Build a flexible, skilled pool of freelancers.
• Monitoring industry recruitment and talent trends.

• Data-aware approach: able to use hiring metrics to improve processes.
