Sales work involved

Leading on the structuring and implementation of approved and unapproved share schemes, including Enterprise Management Incentives (EMI), Company Share Option Plans (CSOP), growth. Advising clients on equity tax issues in acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations, including oversight and sign‑off of share reward tax due diligence. Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted adviser.
