The role
can be based in any UK office, with travel to London for one to two daysrequiredapproximately everytwo weeks.What your days will look like
Helping drive internalgovernance-related activitiesthrough tocompletion,helpingmaintainmomentum and accountability across workstreams.
Coordinating interactions with all relevant parties,helpingensurethey are scheduled,trackedand deliveredin a timely manner.
Preparing materials such as meeting notes, reports,presentationsand training contentas well as supporting the delivery of certain events.
Collecting andanalysingmanagement information to support reporting and decision-making.
This role is for youif you are
Proactive,curiousand solutions-focused, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and see them through.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift at short notice.
Highlyorganised, with strong project management skills and close attention to detail.
A clear and confident communicator who keeps stakeholders informed and engaged.
Skilled at building andmaintainingstrong working relationships across all levels.
Methodical andcommitted todelivering high-qualityoutputsefficiently.
