Tax Manager focuses on review corporate tax compliance across a broad and varied client portfolio, ensuring technical accuracy and high‑quality outputs.

What the role involves

• Review corporate tax compliance across a broad and varied client portfolio, ensuring technical accuracy and high‑quality outputs.
• Deliver commercially focused, practical solutions that add value for clients.
• Managing complex project delivery from scoping through to completion, allocating work, reviewing outputs, and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Provide advanced technical insight on areas such as loss relief planning, interest restriction, CFC rules, consolidated tax disclosures and the tax treatment of exceptional items.
• Maintaining a strong awareness of tax legislation and emerging developments, guiding both clients and the team on their impact.
• Work collaboratively across service lines to ensure cohesive delivery of corporate, international, and transactional tax services.

Skills and requirements

• At least four years' experience in corporate tax, with strong exposure to international tax, reorganisations, due diligence and M&A projects.
• Strong working knowledge of tax software (Alphatax beneficial) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
