Tax Manager
Job description
As a Tax Manager, the work centres on managing corporate international client needs with respect to tax services and federal and state tax compliance. It would suit someone who can bring handling account-by-account responsibilities with consistency and care to the role.
Where ownership sits
Serve as a Career Advisor, mentor or coach to one or more employees, which will include providing honest and timely performance feedback - approximately 10 - 20% of your time. Advise clients on a full spectrum of International Tax services including planning, research, compliance, general mergers and acquisitions activities and transfer pricing.

What the role depends on
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Accounting with a focus in International Tax.
- Experience with International Tax compliance including, but not limited to forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858 and 1118.
- Must have a working knowledge of inbound and outbound structure planning, foreign tax credits, worldwide tax minimization planning, transfer pricing analysis, and ASC 740.
