Tax Manager

This Tax Manager role is focused on maintaining documentation, controls, and audit trails suitable for a manufacturing environment. It would suit someone who can bring excellent stakeholder communication-able to simplify complex VAT concepts for non-finance teams to the role.

Support commercial and operational teams on the VAT implications of new products, pricing, contracts, and supply models. Support ERP/system changes ensuring the VAT setup is correct (e.g., SAP/Oracle/Dynamics).

- Maintaining documentation, controls, and audit trails suitable for a manufacturing environment.
- Managing the end‑to‑end preparation, review, and submission of VAT returns.
- Identify areas of VAT leakage, risk, or process gaps and implement immediate corrective actions.
Technical requirements
- Experience delivering improvements in complex operational businesses.
