Tax Senior Manager

The Tax Senior Manager position centres on our work covers deal advisory support, international tax and domestic tax advice. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Where ownership sits

KPMG’s Energy and Natural Resources (“ENR”) tax practice covers Oil and Gas, Mining, Power and Utilities (including renewables) and Chemicals. As our clients are facing unprecedented change with the energy transition and fiscal uncertainty our ENR tax and legal practice is growing significantly.

What the role carries

Our work covers deal advisory support, international tax and domestic tax advice. Our Deal Advisory Tax work includes advisory services across the whole deal spectrum including company/sell-side vendor assist, refinancing and due diligence projects, to buy-side. Work closely with Partners and/ or Directors on complex engagements to deliver exceptional advice and service.
