Skills and requirements

Candidate fit

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification (applications from ECTs considered where appropriate).
• Have experience teaching secondary-aged pupils, ideally within SEMH, SEND, or alternative provision.
• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
