The Teacher of Science position centres on chipping Sodbury School is committed to safeguarding young people through its selection process. Role overview
As the role includes working with children, it is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. We will aim to hold interviews during the week commencing 11th May.

Requirements
- The ability to Teach Physics or Chemistry at GCSE Higher Tier would be an advantage.
- Undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check along with standard pre-employment safeguarding checks.
- There is considerable leadership experience in the team both within the subject and pastorally, which will ensure the successful candidate is supported in their role.
