This Teacher of Science role is focused on each separate science is led by their own curriculum leader. It would suit someone who can bring is particularly suitable either for a colleague looking to develop their professional career within a high performing context or someone looking to enter the profession in a school to the role.
Where the work sits
All three Science subjects have a strong track record of achievement in both KS4 and KS5 over time and all three are popular at A Level. All KS4 students take 3 separate sciences with the overwhelming majority entered at higher tier.

Each separate science is led by their own curriculum leader. supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment. Able to support learners with patience and structure.

- The ability to teach Physics to A Level would be desirable.

- The department is resourced with three technicians who offer strong support to the team of highly qualified teachers.
