Teacher of Science focuses on deliver engaging science lessons across ks3 and ks4.

What the role involves

  • Deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Teaching scientific concepts through a balance of practical and theoretical learning.
  • Monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Preparing students for internal assessments and external examinations.
  • Ensure the safe use of laboratory equipment.
  • Maintaining positive classroom behaviour and create an inclusive learning environment.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
