• The Rate: High-impact work deserves high-impact pay. We offer £110–£120 per day for experienced intervention TAs.
• This is a temporary position, unless stated otherwise.
• Axcis Education is an employment agency offering temporary supply work for daily, short-term and long-term assignments in addition to permanent positions.
• Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.

Candidate fit

• Be taking small groups of 4-5 children and turning them into confident readers.

• Reading & Phonics Specialist Rate: £110 - £120 (TA) or Scale (Teacher) Help a Child Find Their Voice.
• There is no feeling like the moment a child finally "cracks the code" and starts to read.
• Phonics Specialists (RWI or Jolly Phonics) to work across KS1.
