This Teaching Assistant role is focused on supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.

Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Welcome bonus is payable in 2 payments - 50% following successful completion of probation and 50% after one year service.

Practical details
- Establish a caring and supportive relationship with pupils in order to support them feeling safe and enabling them to enjoy and learn during their time at the school.
- £22,996 - £25,068 (Plus £1000 Welcome Bonus*).
- Encourage independence and personal development while maintaining high expectations of behaviour.
- Contribute to providing high quality educational activities and experiences.

- Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.
