As a Teaching Assistant, the work centres on conduct assessments under supervision and contribute to care planning. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.

How the role works day to day
Conduct assessments under supervision and contribute to care planning. Collect, analyse, and report on data to support ongoing research and evaluation. Assisting in delivering psychological support programs and workshops.
Practical details
- In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

- Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible).
- We offer FREE online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training to all our workers.
What needs to be in place
- Experience in mental health, social care, or counselling settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or equivalent.
- Knowledge of therapeutic approaches and psychological assessment tools.
