• Delivering hands-on sessions in areas such as bike repair, tiling, plastering, and general construction.
• Supporting students with SEMH needs through practical, engaging tasks.

Skills and requirements

• Tradesperson with mentoring or teaching experience.
• Experience working with young people aged 11–16 (or willingness to transition into this setting).
