What the role involves

• Supporting lessons, learning activities, behaviour, assessment, or childcare routines according to the role.
• Work with teachers, children, learners, families, or colleagues to keep progress and safety on track.
• There are many CPD opportunities on offer, including free Thrive training and access to Team Teach courses.
• If successful you will support students with their set curriculum, both in and out of the classroom.

Skills and requirements

• No specific experience is required, but commitment, passion and dedication are key attributes the school are looking for.
• Experience with SEND support, even if it is not directly in a school context, is highly desirable.
• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
