• An OUTSTANDING SEMH school in Ellesmere Port is looking for an SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their passionate and dedicated team to help support students with SEMH.
• Provide one-on-one and group support to students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop personalised learning strategies.
• Support plans tailored to meet individual needs.
• Provide feedback to teachers, helping to evaluate and adapt teaching approaches.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
