- An OUTSTANDING SEMH school in Ellesmere Port is looking for an SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their passionate and dedicated team to help support students with SEMH.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop personalised learning strategies.
- Support plans tailored to meet individual needs.
- Provide feedback to teachers, helping to evaluate and adapt teaching approaches.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
