This Teaching Assistant role is focused on supporting pupils across the classroom, working with individuals and small groups to support learning. It would suit someone who can bring a genuine interest in supporting children’s education and development to the role.

What you would be doing
Supporting pupils across the classroom, working with individuals and small groups to support learning. Provide support for pupils with additional learning needs when required. Supporting pupils with behaviour management and emotional wellbeing.

What you need
- The ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
- Previous experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting.
- A current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Practical information
- We are working with a friendly and inclusive Primary School in Chester who are seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.
- Until Summer Holidays, with potential extension from September.
- In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
