Teaching Assistant

How the role works day to day

Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities. Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Programmes (IEP) for students and help monitor their progress. Supporting students with emotional or behavioural problems and help develop their social skills.

What needs to be in place

• Ideally, we ask for 3 months minimum experience working with children or have a child-based qualification.
• We specialise in recruiting Teaching Assistants (TA) who are qualified in the following.
