Teaching Assistant

This Teaching Assistant opportunity is built around working under our SENCo's direction, you'll support learners across all subjects and key stages, removing barriers to learning and celebrating progress. It would suit someone who can bring a positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for supporting young people to the role.

Who the work supports

28 hours per week (5 days), term time only. Fixed term until 31 July 2026.

What needs to be in place

• Experience with SEND students and KS3/KS4 curriculum is desirable but not essential – we value the right attitude and potential.
• Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.

Job details

• £15,934 per annum (Grade 3 Point 4, pro rata).
• Each school role involves regular contact with students and therefore you will receive safeguarding training as part of your role.
