- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals where required.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support, helping the pupil access learning.
- Develop confidence, and achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

Candidate fit
- Experience working with primary-aged children, preferably in Key Stage 2.

- Experience supporting children with additional needs is desirable but not essential.
