Teaching Assistant
Job description
This Teaching Assistant role is focused on assisting with classroom routines, learning activities, and resources. It would suit someone who can bring positive, patient, and confident in a classroom setting to the role.
Who the work supports
You will play an important role in the classroom by supporting learning activities, working with small groups, and offering 1:1 assistance to pupils who benefit from extra guidance. Prospero Teaching is looking for a friendly and dependable Teaching Assistant to support pupils in schools in the Farnborough area.

Assisting with classroom routines, learning activities, and resources. Supporting pupils with transitions and daily structure. Supporting teachers during lessons across a range of subjects.
The approach that fits
Positive, patient, and confident in a classroom setting. Graduates in psychology, education, or child‑related subjects encouraged.
What needs to be in place
- Experience working with children or young people.
- Free accredited CPD, including safeguarding & behaviour management.
