Teaching Assistant

This Teaching Assistant role is focused on supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them to engage with learning, develop social skills and manage their emotions. It would suit someone who can bring patient, resilient and empathetic to the role.

Practical details
- We are recruiting Teaching Assistants to join two specialist schools in Farnborough this September.
- These settings support pupils with additional needs, including SEN (autism, complex learning and communication needs) and SEMH (social, emotional and mental health needs).
- Both schools offer supportive, team-focused environments where staff work closely together to help pupils succeed both academically and personally.
- Monday to Friday, Term Time Only.
