How the role works day to day

The graduate appointed will be supporting the children in their numeracy and literacy within Key Stage 1 and 2 and the teaching assistant’s primary role will be to ensure each chil. supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment. Able to support learners with patience and structure.
