Main responsibilities

Promote positive behaviour and help manage classroom dynamics in line with school policies. Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, including those with additional needs.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
  • Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable).

Job details

  • £95–£110 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications).
  • Start Date: September 2026.
  • Full-time, term-time only.
