Teaching Assistant (Full-Time) – Secondary School. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people in their education and development.
Main responsibilities
Promote positive behaviour and help manage classroom dynamics in line with school policies. Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, including those with additional needs.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
- Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable).
Job details
- £95–£110 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications).
- Start Date: September 2026.
- Full-time, term-time only.
- Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
