• We are currently partnering with schools and local authorities across Northamptonshire and are seeking committed and compassionate Teaching Assistants to support pupils within spec.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

Candidate fit

• patience, clear communication, classroom awareness, and confidence supporting learners
