• GSL Education are currently recruiting for a compassionate and dedicated PMLD Support Assistant to work in schools across Lincoln.

Skills and requirements

• Some students may require personal care, so previous experience in a similar setting or within care/support work is essential.
• Confidence working with children and young people with SEN/SEMH needs.
• Comfortable providing personal care when required.
• A patient, nurturing and resilient attitude.
