What the role involves

  • Delivering high‑quality lessons in line with the EYFS Framework.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Supporting and differentiate learning for pupils with SEN and additional needs.
  • Promote positive behaviour, independence, and emotional development.
  • Observe, assess, and track pupil progress using EYFS assessment methods.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are encouraged to apply.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

Candidate fit

  • Patience, clear communication, classroom awareness, and confidence supporting learners.

Additional role context

  • Start Date: May Hours: Full‑time, Monday–Friday (8:30am–3:30pm).
