- Contribute to the global design language of Efekta, setting the standard for scalable design excellence and platform-agnostic performance.
- Leading the creative development of visual themes for content, learning interfaces, and AI characters to ensure engagement and express the EF brand identity in innovative ways.
- Design and ship emotionally impactful digital learning experiences on web and mobile, maintaining the highest standards of accessibility and visual fidelity.
- Test sophisticated interactions and motion storytelling to enhance usability and delight.
- Produce polished visual assets, motion studies, and creative content that drive product decisions and inform high-level marketing collaborations.
Skills and requirements
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience designing and shipping digital products, apps, and content experiences at scale.
- Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, with a mastery of visual and motion design.
- Systems: Proven history of creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems and visual languages.
- Portfolio: A strong, articulate portfolio demonstrating a range of product strategy, visual identity, character design, and motion storytelling work.
