Teaching Assistant
Job description
As a Teaching Assistant, the work centres on supporting lesson-by-lesson logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.
Where the work sits
Will include general classroom support for all pupils in KS1 and KS2, facilitating learning through play and small group interventions for pupils requiring additional help. How the role works day to day
Supporting lesson-by-lesson logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards. Be willing to support on a 1:1 basis or work in small groups with children.
Practical details

What needs to be in place
- Experience working in an educational environment with children aged between 4 and 11 years.
