What the role involves

  • Six are searching for experienced Learning Support Assistant’s for a specialist SEN school local to Loughborough.
  • Be assigned to a key class, alongside other support staff and a lead teacher, you will then work as a team to ensure all needs and learning objectives are met in class.
  • Working with children who need extra support with their academic and social skills, either in school or out in the community (building life and employability skills).
  • Presenting feedback/student progress to class teacher and parent.

Skills and requirements

  • SEN experience is preferred in a school or similar setting (children’s residential, youth work, Psychology degree etc).

  • Full or part-time hours available.
