Skills and requirements

  • Do you have experience working with challenging behaviour?
  • A graduate with a degree graded 2:2 or above is ideal for this role and some previous experience working with SEN children is desirable.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to expand their classroom experience prior to undertaking their teaching training and becoming a fully qualified classroom teacher.
  • Relevant previous experience would include youth work.
