  • Supporting lessons, learning activities, behaviour, assessment, or childcare routines according to the role.
  • Work with teachers, children, learners, families, or colleagues to keep progress and safety on track.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

Candidate fit

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Assisting with planning and preparing activities that promote children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support where required.

Additional role context

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3.30pm (term time only).
  • Breaks: 30-minute lunch.
  • Start: September 2026.
