Teaching Assistant

The Teaching Assistant position centres on supporting lessons, learning activities, behaviour, assessment, or childcare routines according to the role. It would suit someone who can bring working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to create supportive routines to the role.

How the role is set up

We are seeking a committed and empathetic Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs. Free CPD training, including access to our Thrive training to strengthen skills in supporting emotional wellbeing.

Supporting lessons, learning activities, behaviour, assessment, or childcare routines according to the role. Work with teachers, children, learners, families, or colleagues to keep progress and safety on track. Develop the skills they need to succeed.
