What the role involves

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning.
• Assisting pupils with additional learning needs where required.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage student participation.
• Help prepare classroom resources and learning activities.
• Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

• £93 – £110 per day (depending on experience).
• Full-time / Part-time | Long-term / Day-to-day.
• GSL Education is seeking a caring and motivated Teaching Assistant to support schools across Sleaford.
• Working alongside teachers, you will provide classroom support, encourage student engagement, and help create a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every learner can succeed.

Candidate fit
