Teaching Personnel are seeking caring, proactive and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support schools across the Sleaford area. Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

What is expected
- All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Relevant SEN, teaching, or learner-support experience.
Job details
- Access to specialist CPD training including Safeguarding, Autism Awareness, Team Teach and more.
- Partnership: Proudly working with Our Lady of Lourdes Multi‑Academy Trust and additional Lincolnshire primary schools.
- In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
