Teaching Assistant
Teaching Assistant focuses on care plan (ehcp), alongside delivering targeted learning support.
What the role involves
- Care Plan (EHCP), alongside delivering targeted learning support.
- Working closely with students with a range of needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language difficulties.
- Providing 1:1 support as well as small group interventions.
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities.
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour in pupils.
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience working in an SEN setting (school.
- Care, or similar) is desirable.
- A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a supportive team.

- £90–£100 per day (depending on experience).
