  • Care Plan (EHCP), alongside delivering targeted learning support.
  • Working closely with students with a range of needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language difficulties.
  • Providing 1:1 support as well as small group interventions.
  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities.
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour in pupils.
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Skills and requirements

  • Previous experience working in an SEN setting (school.
  • Care, or similar) is desirable.
  • A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a supportive team.
