• Assist with activities, continuous provision, and targeted interventions, helping children develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Collaboration with colleagues, parents, and carers is key to providing consistent and effective support for all children.
• Supporting teaching and learning across the EYFS curriculum.
• Promote early literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and personal development.
• Observe, assess, and contribute to tracking children’s progress.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
