Teaching Assistant focuses on provide a combination of 1:1 support and small‑group assistance, helping pupils who may need additional guidance with their learning, behaviour, or confidence.

What the role involves

• Provide a combination of 1:1 support and small‑group assistance, helping pupils who may need additional guidance with their learning, behaviour, or confidence.
• Supporting teaching and learning within the classroom.
• Assisting with classroom activities, lessons, and resources.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
