What the role involves

  • Support SEN children in KS2?
  • As a KS2 Teaching Assistant you will run interventions in timetables, spellings, and speech and language in the afternoons, which the school will provide training for you to carry.
  • Supporting in the classroom during lessons and with behaviour management.
  • Provide extra support for children with special educational needs.
  • Work alongside the teacher to create and adapt learning resources.
  • Monitor children’s progression in the interventions.
