The Care Assistant position centres on helping to ensure that the classroom is safe at all times and facilitates student development. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with learners to the role.

Join a leading education provider to work as a Teaching Assistant in Secondary schools. If you are a teaching assistant/care worker with a passion for working with young people and you’d like to work in positive and rewarding environment, then this could be ideal for.
Where someone would start
Helping to ensure that the classroom is safe at all times and facilitates student development. Supporting teachers wherever necessary when conducting lessons, including helping to set up at the start of the day. Providing academic and behavioural support to students to aid their progress.
What is expected
- Hold or be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check on the update service.
- Experience working in a school setting (advantageous but not a necessity).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job details
- Teaching Assistant - £95 - £100 per day (Salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications).
