Team Lead Engineering focuses on we are currently looking for a team lead who will be dedicated to support the department on the people side!.

What the role involves

• We are currently looking for a Team Lead who will be dedicated to support the department on the people side!
• The Team Lead will work closely together with the Department Manager supporting the personnel's entire life cycle from recruitment and onboarding, to training, development and work.
• Ensure new hires are welcomed and equipped with the training they need to succeed.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding. Collaborate with HR to screen candidates, conduct interviews.
• Training & Development. Drive career development initiatives, succession planning, and conduct annual appraisals to support continuous growth and performance.
• Workforce Planning. Ensure effective staffing across onshore and offshore teams by aligning personnel planning with operational needs.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant university degree within Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Leadership, Business Administration or similar.
• Relevant working experience is an advantage.
• This role reports to the Engineering Manager.
