Team Lead

Team Lead focuses on supports the program manager in ensuring all client specifications and quality requirements are met.

What the role involves

• Supports the Program manager in ensuring all client specifications and quality requirements are met.
• Interfaces between the Program Manager and RMSI Project Leads.
• Supports project governance and works in line with agreed project process flows to allow timely authorisation of project stage gates for planned work packages.
• Assists in the management of SLAs and KPIs across all teams.
• Deliver value to contract.
• Leads on encouraging a culture of continual improvement to enhance project efficiency.

Skills and requirements

• Have extensive leadership skills, having previously worked in a team management role before.
• Possess strong presentation and communication skills having stakeholder relationship experience.
• Demonstrate an understanding of data analytics methodologies and tools and be able to make decisions based on data analysis.
• Be comfortable with collaborating with cross functional teams.
