What the role involves
- Develop the global campaigns team (4 FTEs), fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and delivery.
- Drive the global integrated campaign strategy, ensuring alignment with GTM priorities, product marketing, and sales objectives.
- Drive execution, remove blockers, guide teams, and step in where needed to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.
- Driving continuous improvement by challenging the status quo, improving processes, and scaling what works across regions and teams.
- Overseeing channel mix and budget allocation, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively across email, paid media, social, webinars, and ABM.
Skills and requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years leading teams in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven track record of leading global, multi-channel campaigns across Enterprise and SMB audiences.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM, product launches, and lifecycle marketing.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align across functions and seniority levels.
