Job description
This Team Lead Maintenance opportunity is built around supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers. It would suit someone who can bring supporting site-by-site logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.

What you would be doing
Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers. In every shift, you’ll be leading a team to make sure everyone has the equipment they need and that it’s running properly. Work shift patterns, which may include some weekends and nights.

What you need
- NVQ Level 3/ SVQ Level 3/ IVQ Level 3/ City & Guilds Level 3/EAL Level 3 all specialized in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics.
- A full Engineering indentured Apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject.
- Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
