Team Leader

Team Leader focuses on ensure the effective running of the shift team.

What the role involves

• Ensure the effective running of the shift team.
• Managing the event and call handling performance of the shift team to achieve and exceed KPI’s.
• Maintaining a relevant production of succinct and timely reports for all aspects of shift team’s performance across all activities.
• Ensure G4S standards, principles and values are upheld and openly promoted.
• Staff are expected to demonstrate their commitment to G4S Monitoring Services by their regular attendance and the completion of tasks allocated to them.
• All staff must comply with G4S no smoking policy on G4S premises.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in an operational role.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent).
• Comprehensive IT skills including ability to use all MS Office packages, including excel.

Confirmed role details

• Basic hourly pay of £13.70 per hour (salary equivilant to £30,603.30 inclusive of night shift allowance).
• 5.6 weeks holiday per year, 8 of these will be in lieu of bank holidays (worked or not worked).
• Our recruitment and selection process will include an interview and screening to BS7858 standards.
