Team Leader
Team Leader focuses on ensure the effective running of the shift team.
What the role involves
- Ensure the effective running of the shift team.
- Managing the event and call handling performance of the shift team to achieve and exceed KPI’s.
- Maintaining a relevant production of succinct and timely reports for all aspects of shift team’s performance across all activities.
- Ensure G4S standards, principles and values are upheld and openly promoted.
- Staff are expected to demonstrate their commitment to G4S Monitoring Services by their regular attendance and the completion of tasks allocated to them.
- All staff must comply with G4S no smoking policy on G4S premises.
Skills and requirements
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in an operational role.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Comprehensive IT skills including ability to use all MS Office packages, including excel.
Confirmed role details
- Basic hourly pay of £13.70 per hour (salary equivilant to £30,603.30 inclusive of night shift allowance).
- 5.6 weeks holiday per year, 8 of these will be in lieu of bank holidays (worked or not worked).
- Our recruitment and selection process will include an interview and screening to BS7858 standards.
