Team Leader

This Team Leader role is focused on allocation of work to employees in the Butchery Department. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Management responsibilities

• Allocation of work to employees in the Butchery Department.
• Resolve machine issues quickly, advising the Engineering Department of work requirements.
• Ensure product is produced within specification.

Working environment

We are currently recruiting for an Team Leader in Butchery, to be part of the Butcher Departmental Management Team of shared responsibility for production and technical. Specification performance of the Butchery Team.

Leadership skills and experience

• Working knowledge of the department and relevant regulations applicable from both internal and external sources.
• Knowledge of products, processes and procedures within relevant area.
• Commercially aware with some understanding of unit costs.
