Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader Client Administration to lead our Client Administration team based in Leeds. Conduct appraisals, 121s and drives performance within the team.

Promote a service excellence mind-set throughout the team and the wider organisation. Work in partnership with Managing Partner, Team Heads, Projects, L&D to identify training and coaching needs and to develop team and individual plans. To work closely with the aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.

What needs to be in place
- Demonstrable experience of client administration within the Financial Services industry minimum 5 years’ experience Required.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills; able to work independently and within a team. Required.
- Strong stakeholder management with positive influencing skills Required.
